Enterprise Care provides ongoing maintenance for an existing website, with routine updates, periodic security and website health checks, and the highest support priority among Eren Digital’s Website Care plans.

Small Repair Requests

Each request covers one specific, minor issue on the existing website, such as a broken link, minor formatting issue, small responsive layout problem, visual inconsistency, or simple issue with an existing form or website function.

Each eligible request includes up to 60 minutes of active repair work. Substantial changes, complex troubleshooting, and work reasonably expected to take more than one hour are excluded.

New pages or features, redesigns, major code changes, complex debugging, new integrations, content creation, and SEO implementation are not included.

If a request falls outside the included scope, Eren Digital will explain why and provide a separate quote where appropriate. No additional paid work will begin without client approval.

Each request covers one specific issue. Unused monthly requests expire at the end of the monthly service period and do not roll over or convert into credits or refunds.

Support

Requests must be submitted through the designated client portal. Eren Digital aims to provide an initial response within 24–48 hours. Requests are handled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Türkiye Time (UTC+3), excluding applicable holidays. This is an initial response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Enterprise Care receives the highest support priority among the Website Care plans.

Exclusions

Redesigns, new pages or features, major development, complex debugging, new integrations, content creation, SEO implementation, third-party service fees, paid software licenses, and hosting fees are excluded unless agreed separately in writing.

Subscription

Enterprise Care is available at $999 per month or $11,988 per year, subject to the billing options enabled at checkout. Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the applicable service agreement and checkout terms.
