Our Process

Step 1 — Place Your Order Click “Get Started” and complete the checkout. Once your invoice is generated, you’ll receive a payment link (via Payoneer or SWIFT) as soon as possible.

Step 2 — Complete Your Payment Once payment is confirmed, your Client Portal becomes active and your project slot is officially reserved.

Step 3 — Fill Out Your Brief Your brief form is now accessible in your Client Portal. Fill it out at your own pace and submit it for review when you’re ready.

Step 4 — Brief Review (24–48 Hours) We review every brief carefully against our standards and technical requirements. If anything is missing, incorrect, or unclear, we’ll notify you and reopen the form. Work begins only after your brief is fully approved.

Step 5 — Project Delivery Once your brief is approved, your delivery date and revision rights are confirmed in your Client Portal — adjusted automatically if you used the HELLO100 campaign code.

Step 6 — Revision Period Begins Upon delivery, you’ll receive a notification and your 5-day revision window starts automatically. Your revision form becomes accessible in the Client Portal. Each submitted form counts as one revision round — though depending on the scope, it may count as more.

Step 7 — Final Delivery Once all revisions are completed, your website is handed over in full. Project complete.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll get access to your personal Client Portal — your central hub for the entire project.

Dashboard — Track your project status in real time. See exactly where you are: Payment → Brief → Review → Production → Delivered → Revision.

Project Brief — Fill out and submit your project brief directly from your portal. Available as soon as payment is confirmed.

Revision Request — Submit your revision requests through a dedicated form. Your remaining revision rounds and revision deadline are always visible.

Orders — View your order history and package details.
