Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of custom web design services, no refunds are issued once payment is completed and the project slot is reserved — regardless of whether production has begun.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

SPECIAL CAMPAIGN EXCEPTION (SPOOKY100) :
For all purchases made under the SPOOKY100 Campaign (including the Spooky Halloween Set and mandatory 12-month Growth Care subscriptions), all transactions are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. By applying a campaign access code (SPOOKY25 or SPOOKY75) at checkout and completing the transaction, the client explicitly waives any right to standard refund periods, chargebacks, or payment disputes for the entire 12-month service duration.
